Thinking activity on mass media and communication
Mass media is a medium to connect with large number of people. The communication become possible by technologies today.
My favourite mass media platform for communication is Television. Television is not only a platform of entertainment. By television people can get all information. All the news channels are helpful . There are some cultural program' s channels also which can be helpful for cultural information of one nation . By this one can get all the information about culture and know it perfectly.Some channels are about education on TV which can useful for getting knowledge for specific subject . These all things are also available on mobile phone now but I like to use TV more than mobile or internet.
I really like to watch TV from my childhood. I also like to watch discovery and animal world's channel. It is helpful for getting all kind of knowledge and what is going around us. Some shows motivatie people who are interested in that field.So I like it the most. Today mobile take place of TV but I like TV because it is not a medium which reveal personal identity of people .Mobile and all the website asking for personal details and sometimes it is miss used by them aslo. TV , radio and newspaper was the only medium for mass communication while mobile and internet was not available.
Drawbacks
There is nothing perfect or complete in this world. All the things have two side ,positive and negative . There are some drawbacks of TV also.
1]It is not moveable tool like mobile or tablet. One should watch it to stay or seat at one place.
2]Some channels and some programs on it are not helpful. It provides wrong information also. Some channels which is related to crime,can ruin the mind and future of people .
3]Watching TV more than three hours a day is aslo harmful for health of people .It also contribute to sleep difficulties and behavior problems.
Most of the people said that watching TV is waste of time now . But it is not so. It is depends on person that how he or she use it and how he or she find useful things via it. Use all the things as your need, don't become blind behind any of social media of the world.
