Shashi Tharoor's view on postcolonialism.

If we see from first colonial perspective from the  time of Vasco da Gama 's  arrive to the final emergence of English as the principal coloniserse of  Indian subcontinent. British power ruled over India . After independence there were lot of debates going on ,on colonial and post colonial idea.

Let's see Shashi Tharoor's view on postcolonialism
